                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM EARL R. BEETS, JR. AND
                   SANDRA B. BEETS, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 76,
                   DAYTONA HEIGHTS COLLECTION SYSTEM, TRACT NO.
                   098, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF TWO THOUSAND
                   THREE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($2,300.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Earl R. Beets, Jr. and Sandra 
B.
       Beets, relative to Contract No. 76, Daytona Heights Collection
       System, Tract No. 098, for a consideration of $2,300.00.
